Music School Information ...
Welcome to all new and ongoing students! Thank you for your interest and support of our music program. We look forward to working with you and your child. Please read the following information carefully as it will help our program operate efficiently and benefit both students and staff.
Make certain you have read and completed the Registration Form correctly. A $15 registration fee is due at the time of completing this form and will be reassessed at the beginning of the calendar year.
o Lesson fees are to be paid at the time when scheduled. All lessons are a 1 hour session. Lesson fees are paid by cash, check or cashapp ($cuzstudioandsound) directly CUZ Studio & Sound.
o Minnie’s School Of Music will be closed for major holidays which include Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Spring Break.
o Lessons missed by the instructor will be made up. Because of full schedules and space limitation, a 24 hour notice must be made prior to being absence.
o The lesson time allotted for the individual student must not flow into another student’s time. Therefore, promptness is important, so he/she receives a full lesson.
o Liability: As an individual over the age of 18 or as the parent or legal guardian of the below-listed child, I freely acknowledge that I have or will voluntarily register (myself/my child) to participate in CUZ Studio & Sound/Minnie School of Music lessons. I acknowledge that (my/my child’s) participation entails unanticipated risks that could result in damage to property, and injury to others. I understand that such risks are inherent and that even with precautions and safety measures they cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing free and harmless liability of any kind to any student, person, or child before or after the lesson. Parent’s/Guardians are welcome to sit in on lessons and are required to meet students immediately after lesson/classes for safety reason.
o Practice Is The Key To Progress. We encourage and expect students to practice on a daily basis.
o Check with your teacher regarding student recitals and performances.
o Effective January 1, 2022, Students must commit to a minimum 3 month contract or pay the drop in fee. We encourage students to take advantage of the 3 month contract. This is to ensure that spots are secured, and students are obtaining instructional knowledge.
